Project:
Roca Tile struggled with manufacturing, inventorying and shipping ceramic tile samples. They wanted to focus on their core business; manufacturing and selling tile.

Objective:
Remove the entire sample program burden from Roca Tile. Roca wanted their customers to be able to easily order samples and have those samples shipped directly to them.

Solution:
Create a seamless e-commerce / fulfillment program where Roca customers can quickly and easily order samples online.  Sample orders are fulfilled and shipped direct to the Roca customer from one of Sampco’s 6 national locations, increasing speed to market and reducing shipping costs.

Through the fulfillment program, Sampco has taken the burden of manufacturing, inventory management and distribution of samples away from Roca so that they can focus on their core competency, manufacturing and selling tile.
